Make Your Depositor Portal Your Own

A new way to bring your brand to reciprocal deposit accounts

{{account.name}} Depositor Portal preview

A sample look at how Depositor Portal Branding brings the bank-owned experience to life.

Your customers choose to trust your institution with their finances, so their reciprocal deposit experience should feel like it's coming from you, not a third-party vendor. With this in mind, NBID has rolled out Depositor Portal Branding, so banks on the network can now customize the portal with their:

  • Logo
  • Accent colors
  • Preferred web address (i.e. yourbankname.nbid.com)
  • Product name
  • Support line and email
  • Invitation language

The result: a Depositor Portal that reads as an extension of your bank at every point your customers interact with it.

If you are interested in seeing a live demo of these enhancements, please reach out to contact@nbid.com or directly to your Regional Director.

Additional Product Enhancements

The New NBID Admin Portal

The upgraded Admin Portal is live. You can now sign in and manage your program at portal.nbid.com, the portal’s new default web address. A few highlights:

  • A faster front-end with improved UI, as well as mobile and cross-browser support
  • Edit and save your preferred table formats
  • MFA customization for both the Depositor and Admin Portals

You can continue to access your program through portal.modernfi.com until further notice, and the legacy website will remain accessible for a limited time through the Resources section of the new portal.

Floating and Tiered Interest Rates

You can now set floating rates within tiered rate schedules on your Insured Sweep Accounts. This builds on our expanded index functionality, so each tier can be tied to a different market index, custom index, or fixed rate.

NBID LLC is not a bank. Deposit insurance covers the failure of insured institutions, not NBID. Deposits are placed at FDIC-insured network institutions and are eligible for pass-through insurance up to $250,000 per institution. Certain conditions must be satisfied for “pass-through” FDIC deposit insurance coverage to apply. A list of participating banks appears at nbid.com/bank-list.
