Expanded reporting for institutions of every size

Reporting Overview

We've expanded NBID's reporting suite to cover the requirements of institutions of all sizes and operating models. GL reports now include two new settlement files for monthly close as well as configurable GL account codes you can set directly in the Admin Portal; Call Report supplements now include retirement account breakdowns; and support for automated core-specific formats including IF3 has been expanded.

The new Reporting Overview brings every report into a single hub: GL reports, Call Report supplements, Trial Balances, FR2900s, sample files, and data dictionaries. Navigate to Documents > Reporting Overview to explore the full suite.

Manage rates across your accounts at scale

Pricing Groups

Setting rates account by account creates unnecessary overhead as your program grows. Pricing Groups let you define rates, whether fixed, tiered, or floating, by account segment, then apply changes across the entire group in a single action.

The result: differentiated rate strategy at scale, consistent execution across accounts, and clear visibility into how pricing is managed across your program.

Autopilot for your target balance

Edit Target Balance

Your sweep amounts move every day with account activity. Now, with Dynamic Target Balance, you can choose to fully reciprocate your swept balance with or without a spread. Your receive target balance will adjust automatically daily, whether you're sourcing, sweeping, or reciprocating.

Configure your spread in the Admin Portal under Receive Program > Edit Target Balances.

Also new

Automated Account Closure

Close sweep accounts directly from the Admin Portal at any time, including mid-month. No more routing closure requests through support.

Account-Level Reciprocation

Set reciprocation behavior at the individual account level, in addition to the institution level, giving your team more precise control over which deposits stay on your balance sheet.

Customizable Monthly Statements

Redesigned statement layouts for digital and print, with customizable branding and content that adapts to your institution's settings.

NBID LLC is not a bank. Deposit insurance covers the failure of insured institutions, not NBID. Deposits are placed at FDIC-insured network institutions and are eligible for pass-through insurance up to $250,000 per institution. Certain conditions must be satisfied for “pass-through” FDIC deposit insurance coverage to apply. A list of participating banks appears at nbid.com/bank-list.
