We're writing to provide notice of several improvements rolling out the Admin Portal this evening.
Navigation Changes: Prospect Finder and Resource Center
The navigation panel on the left side of the portal will be reorganized to better reflect how our partners leverage the platform. Prospect Finder will move into the Partner Success tab alongside Activation & Growth, and the Resource Center will be relocated to its own section, separate from operational tools.
Activation & Growth Dashboard
A broader usability update for ease of viewing and editing, a dedicated Prospect flag to distinguish prospects from current members, and other experiential improvements.
MSP and Document Sharing
The Mutual Success Plan (MSP) tab will be reworked into a dedicated home for program materials, called Program Materials, providing a centralized location for document uploads and storage.
