Our records indicate that as of this morning, you have not yet reset your password for the NBID Admin Portal.
On June 10th, NBID introduced an MFA requirement to access the Admin Portal, and as part of this process, admins were invited to reset their passwords. Until your password is reset, you will be unable to access the Admin Portal. To do so, please locate the email from support@nbid.com sent to you on June 10th (subject: “User Invitation”) and click the link inside.
Once you have established a new password, you can sign in to the Admin Portal to enroll in MFA. You may choose either Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) through an authenticator application of your choice or SMS.
